White Horse Employment are pleased to be working exclusively with a successful and growing organisation in Chippenham on the recruitment of a Finance Manager due to growth. This is a key role within the business, offering the opportunity to take ownership of the finance function, provide commercial insight and support the leadership team with accurate and meaningful financial information.
About the Role
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring robust financial controls, improving processes and supporting the continued growth and development of the business.

Responsibilities
- Production of monthly management accounts and financial reporting
- Ownership of month-end processes including journals, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
- Providing financial analysis and insight to support key business decisions
- Managing VAT, compliance and audit requirements
- Overseeing transactional finance activities including purchase and sales ledger
- Reviewing and improving finance processes and controls
- Acting as a trusted finance partner to stakeholders across the organisation

Qualifications
- Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
Required Skills
- Previous experience within a Finance Manager, Management Accountant or similar hands-on finance role
- Strong experience across month-end, reporting and financial controls
- Experience working within an SME or growing business environment is desirable
- Strong Excel skills and confidence using finance systems
