About the role
- This is an opportunity to join an established logistics business, supporting the Finance Director across the day-to-day accounting and reporting for the business.
- You’ll have a hands-on role across the accounts function, with a particular focus on month-end, management accounts, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- You’ll also get involved with margin reporting, cash flow, financial analysis, customer rebates, supplier claims, and credit control, giving you broad exposure across the business.
- You’ll work closely with the Finance Director and wider team, supporting internal audit and year-end activity, whilst taking on more responsibility as you develop.

Experience Needed
- Finance Assistant, Management Accountant, or similar experience
- Good understanding of accounting principles and management accounts
- Experience with month-end, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Strong IT skills, with Sage experience beneficial
- Practical, organised, and comfortable working across a broad range of finance responsibilities
- Confident building relationships with internal stakeholders
