Financial Manager
We are partnering with an ambitious and entrepreneurial organisation operating across multiple European markets, seeking a Financial Manager to take ownership of day-to-day finance operations across the UK and international entities. This is a broad role offering exposure to accounting, accounts payable, supplier management, reporting, budgeting support, and process improvement.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in ensuring financial operations run smoothly while helping the business scale effectively.
This is a highly visible position where you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing purchasing controls, coordinating with external accountants, and supporting reporting across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage bookkeeping and accounting activities across multiple entities using QuickBooks
- Process supplier invoices, expenses, and payments
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and maintain accounts payable records
- Raise and manage client invoices and accounts receivable tracking
- Coordinate with external accountants and advisors across multiple territories
- Own and manage the purchase order process and supplier onboarding
- Maintain accurate financial records, documentation, and audit trails
- Support monthly reporting, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting
- Monitor expenditure against budgets and flag variances
- Drive improvements in finance processes, controls, and automation
- Help maintain compliance documentation and corporate registrations

About You
- Degree, AAT, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent finance qualification (or relevant practical experience)
- 3-5+ years' experience within finance, bookkeeping, accounts payable, finance operations, or a similar role
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero, or a comparable accounting system
- Experience processing invoices, reconciliations, and month-end activities
- Comfortable working across multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
