What you'll be serving up...

As a Multisite Finance Manager, you'll support the financial performance of a portfolio of Stadia and Education sites, providing accurate reporting, forecasting, commercial insight, and strong financial controls to help drive business performance.

  • Manage month-end finance processes across allocated sites, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
  • Produce weekly and month-end Profit & Loss accounts, investigating and explaining variances
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and re-forecasting processes
  • Input financial data accurately into bespoke systems and meet strict reporting deadlines
  • Analyse cost centres, identify trends, cost drivers, risks, efficiencies, and savings opportunities
  • Provide financial guidance and insight to operational teams
  • Improve finance processes and reduce manual administration
  • Maintain strong financial controls and highlight areas of risk
  • Support ad-hoc finance projects and business initiatives
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted finance partner
  • Travel between Dundee and Glasgow sites (3 days Dundee, 2 days Glasgow)

The ingredients you'll bring...

  • AAT qualified (or equivalent) or qualified by experience
  • Experience in finance management, business partnering, financial reporting, forecasting, and Profit & Loss accounts
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into meaningful business insight
  • Commercially focused with confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain financial information to non-finance stakeholders
  • Proactive problem-solver with a focus on process improvement
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work collaboratively across multiple sites and teams
