Finance Manager | High-growth Technology | Salary £80,000 - £100,000 + bonus and benefits
I am currently partnering with a high-growth Technology business who have recently received significant funding to support future growth of the company. For this role you will be working in a lean team and have a broad remit while working closely with the Finance Director.
For this role you will be building out the Reporting/ SOX roadmap for the business who will be looking to list within the next few years. This is a very exciting role when you will have the autonomy to build a best in class function.

Responsibilities
- Own the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting. Producing decision ready reporting for senior leaders and external leaders.
- Act as the primary liaison for external auditors.
- Design and execute the SOX roadmap for a potential listing and make sure the company is ready from day1.
- Partner with other teams to implement robust processes and procedures.
- Evaluate current processes and controls to make improvements and identify any gaps.

Requirements
- 5+ years experience working in a top 10 practice and ideally some industry experience.
- Strong financial reporting background and experience working with external auditors.
- Experience improving or building SOX framework or navigating IPO readiness.
- ACA qualified or similar to be considered for the role.
- Comfortable working for a scaling business where no 2 days will be the same.
