Robert Half are partnering with a rapidly growing technology business based in north London. They help businesses reward & retain customers through various campaigns utilizing their intuitive platform. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a high-calibre Finance Manager to join their finance department.
📊 Role
Reporting into the Head of Finance, the Finance Manager will take on a broad & varied position across financial controls, operations, consolidations, BI reporting and ad hoc duties. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead day-to-day finance operations across AP, AR, billing, reconciliations, payroll, debt management, and reporting
- Prepare and present monthly financial statements and Group consolidations, with insightful analysis
- Own month-end and year-end close processes, working closely with auditors and external advisers
- Lead and develop the Finance & Reporting team, ensuring processes and resource scale with business growth
- Strengthen financial controls, systems, and processes across the Group’s four entities
- Oversee international tax compliance, including UK and US requirements, VAT, and sales tax
- Enhance financial reporting and KPIs to provide clear insight to senior management and external stakeholders
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling, ensuring robust analysis and decision-making
- Partner with the wider business to identify financial risks, opportunities, and commercial trends
- Provide commercial analysis on new and existing opportunities, supporting strategic decisions and growth initiatives

📋 Profile
The successful profile for this Finance Manager position should have the following attributes:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA or similar), up to 2 years post qualified experience.
- Audit trained background or industry trained, with hands-on experience in a similar position.
- Experience with group consolidations, monthly reporting & end-to-end management accounts.
- Practical experience in improving finance systems & processes in-house.
- Experience working within a SaaS / high-growth environment would be strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.
- Experience using Xero, and a similar reporting tool (Power BI) would be ideal.

💵 Salary and Package
£65,000 - £75,000 + additional benefits including:

The salary range/rates of pay are dependent upon your experience, qualifications, and training.
