Finance Manager
The Finance Manager will oversee the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting and effective budget management to support the organisation's goals. This role is central to maintaining strong financial controls and providing insights that drive decision-making within the life science industry.

Our client is a business based in Portsmouth who has seen exceptional growth over the past 12 months.
Description
As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Manage financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities, providing analysis and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ensure effective financial controls are in place and regularly reviewed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives through financial insights.
- Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks effectively.
- Prepare detailed financial statements and reports for management review.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Drive process improvements within the finance function to enhance efficiency.

Job Offer
- Salary between £55,000 and £65,000, dependent on the level of experience.
