Overview

At Rhema Social Impact Group, we believe in creating opportunity — safe homes, meaningful pathways, and the practical infrastructure that helps people build independent lives. Behind every service and every property is a team keeping things running, and our Finance Manager plays a vital role in making that possible.

If you are detail-oriented, financially astute, and motivated by the idea that your work directly enables better outcomes for the people we serve, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

We are seeking an experienced, organised, and values-driven Finance Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day finance function as the organisation grows. Whether you bring a formal accountancy qualification or equivalent hands-on experience, we are keen to hear from you.

About Rhema Social Impact Group

Rhema Social Impact Group delivers social impact through property, community initiatives, and social enterprise — providing and maintaining accommodation and creating routes into education, training, employment, and independence for the people who use our services.

Our approach is built on:

  • People First – placing the individual at the centre of every decision we make
  • Inclusion – creating environments where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered
  • Integrity – acting with honesty, transparency, and professionalism
  • Accountability – taking ownership of our actions and delivering consistently high standards
  • Innovation – finding creative, sustainable ways to grow our impact

We invest not only in the places people live, but in the confidence, skills, and opportunities that help them move forward.

The Role

As Finance Manager, you will lead Rhema's day-to-day financial operations, working closely with directors, external accountants, and budget holders to ensure our finances are accurate, efficient, and compliant — and that our resources are used where they make the greatest difference.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
