Role Overview:
We're looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial operations and provide the financial insight needed to support our growth. You'll own budgeting, reporting, and cash flow management, while ensuring compliance across the multiple markets we operate in. This role is a strong fit for someone who can balance hands-on financial control with big-picture business partnering.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, invoicing, payroll, and cash flow
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across departments
- Monitor financial performance against targets and flag risks or opportunities to leadership
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, tax requirements, and audit standards across the markets the company operates in
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and ensure healthy working capital management
- Support commercial and partnership teams with financial input on deal structuring and contract terms
- Implement and maintain robust financial controls, processes, and systems
- Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, including new market entry and partnership evaluation.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a finance management role, ideally within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or professional services industries
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS) and multi-jurisdiction compliance requirements
- Proven experience managing budgets, forecasts, and financial controls in a growing organisation
- Advanced proficiency in financial systems and Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into clear business insights
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of financial governance
- Effective communicator, able to work cross-functionally with commercial, operations, and leadership teams
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive financial information
