Description
- Ownership of management accounts and reporting
- P&L; management and performance analysis
- Forecasting, budgeting and cashflow management
- Margin and profitability analysis
- Investment appraisals and business case support
- Debtors reporting and credit control oversight
- Year-end coordination and external accountant management
- Process improvement, automation and efficiency initiatives
- Commercial challenge and stakeholder accountability with non-finance colleagues
- Support with wider financial planning for the founders

Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- A strong background in hands-on accounting or finance, ideally within the Media & Agency industry.
- Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
- Experience working in an SME environment.
- Leadership skills with experience managing a team.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £60,000 dependent on the level of experience.
- Permanent position based in South Bristol.
- Opportunity to be part-time for the right person.
