What We’re All About.
Quantexa is a global leader in AI-powered Decision Intelligence. As one of the UK's fastest-growing tech companies, we're on a mission to help organizations make better, more trusted decisions. As we continue our rapid global expansion, we are looking for a commercially minded and technically strong Finance Manager to join our dynamic finance team.
At Q, we’re looking for people who share that vision. People like you.
The opportunity.
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and commercially astute Finance Manager to play a pivotal role in safeguarding and optimising revenue performance across our global business.
As a trusted Finance Business Partner to our sales, delivery, and operations teams, you will take ownership of revenue recognition and gross margin integrity, ensuring compliance with IFRS 15 while providing clear, actionable insights that influence deal structuring, project performance, and strategic decision-making.
This is a high-impact role at the heart of a fast-growing, global SaaS organization—offering the opportunity to gain deep exposure to complex customer contracts, regional commercial dynamics, and evolving revenue models, while driving automation and continuous improvement across financial processes.
What you’ll be doing.
- Lead regional month-end close activities with a focus on revenue recognition (IFRS 15 / GAAP), project cost validation, and gross margin reporting, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external accounting standards.
- Own transactional accuracy across revenue, cost of sales, project setup, contract amendments, and change orders, ensuring all financial data flows correctly through to gross margin, project, and customer analysis.
- Prepare and reconcile deferred and accrued revenue schedules, validating the completeness and accuracy of supporting documentation.
- Deliver actionable insights to commercial and delivery teams, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities to optimise project profitability and revenue performance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Delivery, Operations, and Legal) to understand commercial activity, project performance, and operational drivers impacting financial results.
- Support global audit and compliance requirements, providing timely reconciliations, evidence, and documentation for internal and external auditors.
- Drive process improvements and automation across reporting, data capture, and financial processes, enhancing efficiency, control, and scalability (such as NetSuite and Salesforce integrations).
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new financial processes, ensuring alignment with global standards and best practice.
- Support ad hoc commercial analysis and business projects, providing insights that influence decision-making across the organisation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
