Finance Manager | FMCG | London | Hybrid
We're partnering with a growing FMCG business looking to appoint a commercially minded Finance Manager to support the next phase of its growth journey.
This is a highly visible role working closely with senior leadership across sales, marketing, supply chain and operations. You'll be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting while providing the commercial insight needed to drive performance, profitability and strategic decision-making.
The Role:
- Ownership of monthly management accounts and financial reporting.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning processes.
- Business partner operational and commercial stakeholders across the business.
- Deliver insightful analysis on sales, margins, costs and profitability.
- Monitor KPIs, highlighting risks and opportunities to improve performance.
- Support investment decisions through financial modelling and scenario analysis.
- Drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls.
- Support year-end audit and statutory reporting requirements.

About You:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
- Experience within FMCG, consumer goods, food & drink or a related sector.
- Strong management accounting, FP&A and business partnering capabilities.
- Commercially minded with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders.
- Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
