Finance Manager, 3 days a week, York
Multi-million turnover. Small team. No finance department. Yet.
Bean HR is recruiting for a York consumer products brand selling direct through Shopify and TikTok Shop, with a wholesale arm growing behind it. Finance has been outsourced until now and the business has outgrown it. They're bringing it in-house, and you'd be the first.
The job
Management accounts the directors actually read. Margin by channel once affiliate commission, vouchers, refunds and carriage have taken their cut. Marketplace payout reconciliation. Wholesale credit control. VAT including export. A seat at the Monday meeting and a say before money gets spent.
