Finance Manager

High-Growth D2C Consumer Brand | London | £60,000–£70,000 + Bonus

The Opportunity

We’re working with a high-growth, design-led consumer brand that is looking to appoint a Finance Manager as the business continues to scale. This is a broad and commercially focused role, reporting into the senior finance team and working closely with the wider business.

The successful candidate will need to be comfortable in a D2C environment, with strong experience around inventory, stock and the financial dynamics of a product-led business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to be close to a growing consumer brand and have genuine ownership across the finance function.

The Role

You will take ownership of key areas across financial reporting, management accounts, forecasting, inventory and commercial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the month-end close and management reporting process
  • Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts
  • Manage and report on inventory and stock positions
  • Monitor stock movements, provisions and inventory-related costs
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow planning
  • Analyse revenue, gross margin and profitability
  • Partner with commercial and operational teams
  • Provide financial insight to support business decisions
  • Monitor working capital and cash conversion
  • Support year-end audit and statutory reporting
  • Improve finance processes, controls and reporting
  • Build and improve financial models and reporting tools
  • Support the senior finance team with ad hoc commercial projects

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
