Job Title: Finance Manager
Type: Full time Permanent
Location: Towcester, Northamptonshire
Hybrid (1 day/week in Northamptonshire office + monthly travel to Denmark)

Salary: up to £60,000 per annum + excellent benefits
Shifts: Monday to Friday 37.5 hrs per week

Our client, a global leader in intralogistics and warehouse solutions, is seeking a commercially minded Finance Manager to support operations in Denmark and Norway. The role:
As Finance Manager, you’ll act as a key finance partner to local management and project teams, providing accurate analysis, reporting, and insights that drive performance across two countries.
Key responsibilities:
- Financial analysis, reporting, and business partnering
- Month-end closing, budgeting, and forecasting
- VAT/statutory reporting and Group-level reporting
- Process improvement and cross-country collaboration
About you:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Finance Manager, Management Accounting or similar
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
- Confident communicating financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
- Relevant management/financial accounting qualification
- Proactive, self-driven, and adaptable in an international setting
