Finatal is partnering with a private equity-backed professional services business operating within a high-growth, mission-critical sector. Following a period of strong expansion and recent acquisitions, the business is seeking a Finance Manager to join the finance team and play a key role in supporting continued growth across multiple international entities.
Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, this is a broad role offering exposure to commercial finance, financial reporting, working capital management, systems improvement and acquisition integration. The successful candidate will own the end-to-end finance processes for recently acquired entities while supporting wider group finance activities.

The Role
- Ownership of month-end reporting, management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparation of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting
- Management of accounts payable, accounts receivable and working capital processes
- Ownership of 13-week cash flow forecasting
- Support for audit, tax and statutory compliance requirements
- Financial analysis to support operational and commercial decision-making
- Involvement in finance transformation initiatives and ERP implementation projects
- Integration of acquired businesses and support with future M&A activity
- Development and enhancement of financial controls, processes and reporting capabilities

The Candidate
- ACA Qualified within the last 2 years – ideally within a top 10 practice.
- Strong technical accounting and reporting skills
- Advanced Excel capabilities
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ambitious individual seeking a high-growth environment with significant responsibility and progression opportunities
