Our client is a PE-backed professional services group operating across international markets. As the business continues to scale through organic growth and acquisition, they are building out a finance function to match their ambition.
The role has great growth potential, with further ability to grow into a controllership or analytical role depending on your skillset and aspirations.

- Own revenue recognition and reporting for the Group
- Produce monthly management accounts with commentary and analysis
- Lead budgeting and forecasting for revenue and gross profit
- Manage balance sheet reconciliations, particularly deferred and accrued income
- Business partner across the organisation, with a strong focus on NetSuite support
- Support the audit process, preparing schedules and responding to queries
What you'll need

- Qualified accountant with experience in a management accounting role
- Strong NetSuite experience is essential
- Experience managing revenue recognition
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
- Keen interest in AI
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong task management and prioritisation skills
- Self-motivated, comfortable working without constant supervision and seeing tasks through to completion
