We are the fastest growing beauty brand in Europe with 40+ salons globally, and we’re driven by a passionate and disruptive team to achieve our mission. We’ve brought together a world-class team from a wide range of industries. As we continue to expand, we need brilliant people (like you!) to help bring the Townhouse brand to life across the world.

Our values Here at Townhouse, we live by our three core values:

  • Details matter
  • Passionate in everything we do
  • Nice people

Townhouse was born out of the idea that ‘details matter’ – our customers strive for perfection in the details, and so do we. Our passion fuels our work and drives constant innovation. Finally, we pride ourselves on finding nice, kind-hearted people to join our mission to revolutionise the industry.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Finance Manager to join our growing Finance team and take ownership of key finance operations, controls and processes across the business. Reporting to the Financial Controller, and managing the Accounts Payable function, this is a broad operational finance role with real ownership and visibility across the business.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is inquisitive, commercially minded and enjoys improving the way things are done. You’ll work closely with Operations, Commercial and Franchise teams in a fast-paced, growing environment where no two days are quite the same.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own day-to-day finance operations and support the smooth running of the Finance team, including overseeing Accounts Payable, payment runs and general finance housekeeping.
  • Manage billing and revenue processes across franchise, SaaS, product and other revenue streams, ensuring accurate billing and reconciliations.
  • Own accounts receivable and credit control, monitoring aged debt, collections and customer balances and working with teams to resolve issues.
  • Manage intercompany accounting across the group, including recharges, overseas entities, loan interest and balance reconciliations.
  • Support cash flow, banking and treasury activities, ensuring payments are accurate, approved and made on time.
  • Manage indirect tax compliance, including UK VAT returns and other applicable overseas tax filings.
  • Own month-end finance processes, including journals, accruals, prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations and supporting monthly management accounts.
  • Support stock and inventory finance processes, including stock reconciliations, controls and stock count processes across the business.
  • Improve finance processes, controls and best practice, identifying opportunities to make the function more efficient, scalable and effective.
  • Partner with Operations, Commercial and Franchise teams to provide financial insight and support new salon openings, franchise launches, payroll-related activities and wider commercial projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
