The role

The Finance Manager will take ownership of the day-to-day finance function and help build the financial infrastructure the business needs as it continues to scale. They will be responsible for owning the core finance operations of the business, ensuring accurate reporting, clear cash visibility, strong financial control, and practical insight for leadership. This is a hands-on role with real ownership across accounting, reporting, credit control, budgeting, commercial contracts, systems, and external finance relationships.

Why this opportunity

  • Genuine ownership of the finance function, with the opportunity to build structure, improve processes and create clearer financial visibility across the business
  • Join a high-growth, founder-led business at the point where finance is becoming more strategic, more visible and more important to how the company scales
  • Work closely with leadership and wider commercial teams, translating financial information into practical insight that supports better decisions
  • The chance to shape how finance operates, including the use of automated and AI-assisted tools, rather than simply inheriting a fixed way of working

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
