Trinity House Group Job Opportunity
Trinity House Group are working with a growing SME business in Redditch and are looking for a hands-on Finance Manager. This is a genuine all-rounder, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants visibility across the whole business rather than sitting in a narrow specialism.
Working closely with the leadership team, you will support the day-to-day finances while also contributing to the commercial decisions that shape the company's growth.

Role
- Owning month-end, management accounts, and reporting
- Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Overseeing transactional finance and the wider finance team
- Business partnering with senior stakeholders across the business
- Improving processes, controls, and systems as the company scales
- Supporting the leadership team with commercial insight and analysis

Profile
- A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
- Comfortable operating as the go-to finance person in an SME
- Confident managing a broad remit with limited support
- Strong communicator who can influence beyond the numbers
- Someone who rolls their sleeves up and enjoys a varied role
