Your new company

I am currently working with a Property Investment company with a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential and agricultural properties, who are looking to hire a commercially minded Finance Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established group with a strong reputation in property investment and development and to take on a broader leadership role within the finance team.

Your new role

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will play a key role in supporting both the Group Finance Director and senior management team. You will take ownership of core financial processes while also contributing to strategic decision-making.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting 24 international entities across real estate and private equity
  • Preparing quarterly management accounts for entities, full P&L and balance sheet
  • Financial reporting & month-end close
  • Capex accounting, fixed assets, VAT reconciliations and compliance support
  • IFRS Financial Statement Preparation & Audit Support
  • Reconcile intercompany balances across a multi-entity investment group
  • Leading the year-end process and coordinating with auditors
  • Partnering with operational teams and providing clear, value-add financial information
  • Driving improvements in processes, controls and reporting
  • Team management / oversight of juniors

What you'll need to succeed

You'll be a fully Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA), ideally with strong experience within property. Multi-entity experience is desirable. You'll be organised, proactive, and a confident communicator, with the ability to manage stakeholders and challenge where appropriate, alongside strong attention to detail.

A competitive salary of £70,000. You'll join a collaborative team and gain exposure to the senior finance team, working closely with the Financial Controller and Finance Director.
