Company Profile

CloudMargin is an award-winning, growth-stage FinTech company offering an innovative Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) service. We are rapidly challenging the way financial and corporate institutions manage the collateral and risk associated with derivatives trading. We believe in offering our community an affordable, easy to deploy, and scalable service.

Backed by professional investment and corporate investors, our global team works closely across product, technology, and sales disciplines. Our flat structure and ethos of openness and communication means you’ll be engaged with everyone in the business and have the senior leadership team as one of your key stakeholders.

Primary Purpose of Role

A high-impact role, you will work closely with the VP Finance and FG&A team to manage day-to-day finance operations across CloudMargin's group entities - spanning bookkeeping, statutory and tax compliance, management and Board reporting, and payroll across multiple jurisdictions. You'll be exposed to a wide range of finance and commercial disciplines while also contributing to broader operational and business decision support, delivering a high-quality finance function to support growth across our global business.

You will come to our London office in Bermondsey (London Bridge) at least twice a week, one day being a Thursday as our compulsory team anchor day. The other day will be agreed with the Finance Director (the office is closed on Friday's as we all work from home on that day).

Core Accountabilities

  • Day-to-day bookkeeping for group entities (multi-entity, multi-currency, across four international jurisdictions)
  • Managing AR & AP general ledgers, including credit control
  • Maintaining accurate balance sheet records
  • Customer invoicing and revenue reporting
  • Cash flow analysis and forecasting
  • Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
  • Preparing and submitting payroll data (UK and international)
  • Preparing and submitting VAT returns / global sales tax
  • Working with external tax and accounting service providers
  • Supporting statutory accounts preparation, working alongside external auditors
  • Assisting with corporate tax compliance and filings across all group jurisdictions
  • Updating and maintaining finance procedural documentation
  • Preparing monthly management and Board reporting
  • Assisting with vendor and systems evaluations

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
