- To be successful in this role you will be a Qualified Finance professional with extensive experience as a Finance Manager. Who is dynamic and proactive in your approach to implement process improvement and has a commercial mindset.
- The candidate will need to be a strong business partner who is adaptable with a mindset of always looking to improve efficiencies. Enjoys being visible in the business and able to build lasting relationships in the company.
- Ideally this person would have a strong understanding of Month End and Year End process and systems, excellent communication and interpersonal skills including a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

🚀🌍 Your Mission 🌍🚀
Reporting to a dynamic Financial Controller, the Finance Manager will support the Financial Controller across the group of entities. The role will have combining both Financial Control, Financial Reporting and Finance System Implementation Support. You’ll help ensure the continued smooth running of day-to-day financial operations while playing a hands-on role in the successful transition to the new platform. This will provide the opportunity to influence processes, improve ways of working and contribute to the ongoing development of the finance function.

Key Responsibilities
Finance System Implementation Support
- Act as a key Finance Subject Matter Expert throughout the new finance system implementation, working closely with the project team and external implementation partner.
- Help shape and define finance system requirements, covering areas such as VAT tax point tracking, invoicing processes, financial controls and management reporting.
- Support data migration, system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring finance processes are robust, accurate and fit for purpose ahead of go-live.
- Play an active role in training and transition activities, helping prepare the finance and wider business teams for a smooth and successful go-live.
Financial Control
- Support the month-end close, including journals, accruals, prepayments, reconciliations and fixed assets.
- Support VAT and statutory reporting requirements.
- Strengthen financial controls and processes throughout the system migration.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, supporting reporting and reconciliations as required.

Financial Reporting
- Support the preparation of monthly departmental reports and management accounts.
- Assist with management accounts and reporting for Group.
- Prepare quarterly management accounts for review
- Support the production of monthly management accounts and commentary.
