Salary: Competitive + Benefits

Sowena Group is delighted to be exclusively retained with Rosetta Brands to appoint a Finance Manager.

Rosetta Brands is the UK's leading Vendor-as-a-Service partner, helping consumer brands accelerate growth on Amazon through its unique vendor model, proprietary technology, and deep marketplace expertise. With over 950 brands managed, 100+ Amazon Best Sellers, and more than £100 million in client revenue generated, the business is entering an exciting new phase of growth and investment.

As Finance Manager, you'll join at a pivotal point in the company's journey. Working closely with the Finance Director, you'll play a key role in strengthening financial control, enhancing reporting, improving processes, and helping build a finance function capable of supporting the next phase of growth.

The Opportunity

This is far more than a traditional finance role. It's an opportunity for an ambitious qualified accountant to broaden their experience, influence business performance, and develop into a senior operational finance leader within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business. This position is designed for someone who enjoys taking ownership, driving improvements, and operating across the full breadth of operational finance.

Working at the heart of the Business Operations function, you'll collaborate with Finance, Vendor Operations, and Data & Systems to improve financial visibility, strengthen controls, and support better decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Control & Reporting

  • Lead the month-end close process across the group, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Own the integrity of the balance sheet across all entities.
  • Review and challenge balance sheet reconciliations, journals, accruals, and prepayments.
  • Strengthen financial controls and reporting discipline across the business.
  • Support the production of board and investor reporting alongside the Finance Director.
  • Coordinate the annual audit process and act as a key contact for external auditors.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
