Role Overview
Reporting directly to the Group Finance Director, this is a hands-on, commercially focused role offering exposure across the full finance function. You will play a pivotal part in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting, and business partnering, helping to drive performance and support business growth.

Description
- Leading the budgeting and forecasting process
- Delivering insightful financial analysis and reporting
- Supporting commercial and operational decision-making
- Monitoring business performance and identifying improvement opportunities
- Managing month-end and year-end processes
- Developing financial controls and ensuring compliance
- Partnering with stakeholders across the wider business
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- Experience in financial management, ideally within the FMCG industry.
- A strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Proven leadership skills to manage and motivate a team.
- An analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Relevant professional qualifications in accounting or finance.
- The ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
