Finance Manager

Full Time – 35 Hours Per Week

EVH Grade 8 (PA28 to PA31)

£51,075 - £55,259

Spire View Housing Association is a Registered Social Landlord with 852 rented homes, and 93 factored owner occupiers. We operate in Royston which is in the North East of Glasgow.

As our new Finance Manager, you will play a key role as a member of the senior management team to deliver our core values in practice and provide our customers with a great place to live and a commitment to ensuring value for money in all we do.

Our Finance Manager must be able to demonstrate core competencies across a broad range of accountancy tasks, such as strategic financial planning, treasury management, effective budget management, creating financial reports, and critical risk analysis. We work in a regulated environment, and we are managed by a passionate voluntary Committee. Our Finance Manager will play a key role in ensuring the organisation meets its regulatory requirements and that our Management Committee has the right information and the right professional support to plan effectively for the future. To succeed in the role, you will be a confident communicator and be able to demonstrate a solid team working ethic. The role is also responsible for the management of our Finance Assistant.
