Finance Operations Manager

Reading

£475 per day

Temp to Perm

This is initially a 3-month temporary assignment with the intention to move permanent, and they’re looking for someone who can start ASAP or within the next 4 weeks.

We are looking for a candidate who enjoys being hands-on and getting stuck into operational finance, whilst also improving processes and controls.

You’ll be responsible for areas including:

  • Month-end close, journals, accruals, prepayments & balance sheet reconciliations
  • VAT, payroll and statutory finance activities
  • Treasury, cash flow and bank reconciliations
  • Supporting AP and reviewing supplier payment runs
  • Financial controls, governance and audit readiness
  • Ad hoc analysis and management information
  • Improving finance processes, systems and controls
  • Supporting multiple entities and international operations
  • Working closely with senior finance and wider business stakeholders
