Your new organisation

Are you looking for a role where you can genuinely influence business performance and be part of an ambitious growth journey? A rapidly expanding organisation is seeking a commercially minded Finance Manager to join its finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious accountant who enjoys combining strong management accounting skills with business partnering, commercial analysis and process improvement.

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll gain real visibility across the business, helping to drive performance, support strategic decision-making and contribute to the next phase of growth. This is far more than a traditional reporting role, offering exposure to performance, key stakeholders and critical projects.

Your new role

You'll play a key role in delivering meaningful financial insight, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, improving management information and ensuring strong financial controls across the business. You'll work collaboratively with both finance and operational teams to identify opportunities for improvement and help shape reporting that enables better decision-making. This position offers a varied workload, significant stakeholder exposure and the opportunity to make a tangible impact within a business undergoing exciting expansion.

What you'll need to succeed

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified or equivalent
  • Strong management accounting and reporting experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Business partnering and communicating finance to non-finance stakeholders
  • Advanced Excel
  • Previous experience within a multi-site environment would be advantageous
