Finance Manager
Join a dynamic and high-performance environment as a Finance Manager within the elite sporting industry. The Role
- Lead and coordinate the daily delivery of the finance function
- Manage the annual budget process and cash flow
- Oversee monthly reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Handle month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Manage team expenses, submissions, and software integrations
- Support financial deliverables for international licensing and UCI compliance
- Continuously review and improve financial control procedures and systems

The Person

- ACA qualified with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience as a guide
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with both finance and non-finance colleagues
- Proven ability to develop practical, evidence-based solutions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and peak periods
- Experience with Sage accounting software or quick adaptability to new systems
- Sound knowledge of financial controls, reconciliations, and risk management
- Proficiency in expense processing software and managing business credit cards
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Past experience in a managerial finance role within a high-performance or sporting organization
- Familiarity with international financial reporting standards and UK work/travel requirements
