Job title: Finance Manager
Location: Daresbury Business Park

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the UK Aesthetics CFO and partner with senior stakeholders across the business.
  • Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models, forecasts and scenario planning to support strategic decision-making.
  • Forecast future financial performance and monitor progress against key business objectives.
  • Lead the annual budgeting and reforecasting process.
  • Analyse actual performance against budget and forecast, providing clear commentary on variances and recommending corrective actions.
  • Monitor revenue, gross margin, operating expenditure, EBITDA and other key performance indicators.
  • Manage working capital effectively, including oversight of receivables, payables, inventory and cash conversion.
  • Tax planning and timely filing for VAT, PAYE and Business Tax duties, including corporation tax.
  • Manage the annual audit process and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Lead, coach and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Drive improvements in financial systems, controls and processes.
  • Provide accurate and timely financial information to the Board, senior leadership team and investors.

What you will bring to the role:

  • CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified
  • Significant post-qualification experience within a Finance Manager or similar role
  • Previous experience leading and developing a finance team
  • Experience with Sage or equivalent medium sized accounting platforms
  • Experience with ERP systems and management reporting tools
  • Experience preparing and reviewing consolidated group accounts
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
