Buzz Bingo is recruiting a Finance Manager to play a central role in keeping our finance function robust, compliant and forward-looking. This role matters because it ensures accurate financial reporting, supports commercial decision-making and helps the business operate efficiently in a regulated hospitality environment.
Purpose of the role
The Finance Manager will lead month-end reporting, maintain internal controls, support budgeting and forecasting, and provide financial insight to operational and senior stakeholders. You will ensure financial processes are reliable and scalable to support business activity in catering & hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Manage month-end close, prepare management accounts and explain variances to stakeholders.
- Maintain and improve internal controls, accounting policies and financial processes.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts and cashflow projections; support budget holders with analysis.
- Lead financial reporting for statutory and management requirements, liaising with auditors as needed.
- Support commercial teams with pricing, margin analysis and ad hoc financial modelling.
- Supervise and develop junior finance staff, promoting best-practice procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant tax, regulatory and accounting standards applicable in the location.

Essential Skills And Experience
- Proven experience in a finance role delivering management accounts and month-end close.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience with internal controls.
- Experience preparing budgets, forecasts and providing commercial analysis.
- Competence with accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
- Clear communicator able to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced operational environment.

Desirable Skills And Experience
- Experience in catering, hospitality or similarly themed consumer-facing industries.
- Knowledge of local tax and regulatory requirements relevant to Gibraltar.
- Experience supervising or developing small finance teams.
- Familiarity with ERP or consolidated reporting tools.
Qualifications
- Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent) or a strong part-qualified candidate with demonstrable experience.
What Buzz Bingo offers
The role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis and will be based in Gibraltar. Pay for the role is £65,000 to £65,000 per annum.
