Finance Manager (12-month FTC)
Alexander Daniels are partnering with a well-established, growing business to recruit a Finance Manager (12-month FTC). Reporting to the Head of Finance, you’ll lead the day-to-day finance function, manage a team, and play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, commercial insight, and operational support across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce timely and accurate monthly management accounts.
- Deliver financial analysis, reporting packs, and performance insights.
- Lead and develop a finance team across AP, AR, and management accounting.
- Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital performance.
- Oversee VAT, statutory reporting, and audit processes.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain robust financial controls and compliance across the business.

About You:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong background in management accounting, reporting, and financial analysis.
- Experience managing and developing finance teams.
- Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience using ERP/accounting systems.
