Job Title: Finance Manager/Assistant Accountant
Location: Godstone
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8.30am–5:00pm
Immediate Start - Permanent

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager or Assistant Accountant to join our team. This is a new permanent, hands-on, high-impact role within a growing business for an individual who can hit the ground running and provide strong balance sheet reconciliation support.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership and deliver audit-ready balance sheet reconciliations featuring structured labelling, root-cause variance identification, and proactive proposed resolutions
- Support and ensure an accurate and timely month-end close
- Help with upskilling existing transactional staff
- Establish a reliable "one source of truth"

About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has an immediate delivery mindset
- Confident in writing and using all Excel formulae, plus pivot tables
- Has strong financial and administrative skills, who enjoys working accurately, meeting deadlines, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the financial processes
- Is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Is hands-on, organized, and detail-orientated
- Confident learning new software
