Change Financial Services Advisory Role

Change Financial Services are delighted to be partnering with our client as we bring to market an opportunity within their advisory financial reporting team. This role is on an initial 12-month basis, with the view to a permanent role within the business.

A unique role with great coverage and exposure to a range of business areas, the post will work closely with colleagues in Finance and other operational areas to assist in resolving accounting queries.

The position is ideally suited to a newly or recently qualified accountant, with exposure to financial services audit or other large corporate accounts, or a qualified accountant with an understanding of a complex balance sheet. The position blends technical accounting with advising the business on the correct approach and treatment to take to ensure compliance. Covering areas such as ESG, as well as IFRS and its application in a practical sense.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
