Following an exciting new phase of growth, the company is seeking an experienced finance professional to join on a 8 - 12 month FTC and play a key role in shaping the next chapter of its success.

To be successful in this role you will be a Qualified Finance professional with extensive experience as a Financial Accountant or Finance Manager. Who is dynamic and proactive in your approach to implement process improvement and has a commercial mindset.
- The candidate will need to be adaptable with a mindset of always looking to improve efficiencies. Enjoys being visible in the business and able to build lasting relationships in the company.
- Ideally this person would have a strong understanding of Month End and Year End process, excellent communication and interpersonal skills including a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

🚀🌍 Your Mission 🌍🚀
Reporting to a dynamic Financial Controller, the Finance Manager will support the Financial Controller across the group of entities. Playing a key role in ensuring accurate and timely statutory accounting, overseeing the Purchase Ledger function, and helping to modernise processes through automation and best-practice accounting methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Financial Controller and Financial Accountant in maintaining accurate and compliant statutory accounting records across a range of related entities.
- Assist the Financial Controller with Month-End & Year-End Accounting.
- Managing the Accounts Payable team.
- Supporting systems implementation.
- Process Improvement overview
- Review and enhance existing financial procedures to ensure they remain efficient and effective.
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation and process optimisation.
- Apply experience with modern accounting systems to recommend and deliver practical improvements.
- Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to streamline operations and address long-standing challenges.
