£40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance manager to join this thriving events agency in a pivotal role!
The company
This lovely boutique events agency really punch above their weight and have a strong and loyal client base for whom them deliver conferences, incentives, meetings & events across the UK and internationally! Due to ongoing success and growth of the business we are now supporting with the hire of a Finance Manager to support the busy running of the finances.
The role
The Finance Manager will support the Managing Director in running all aspects of the company finances. You will be responsible for:

- Preparation of company accounts including quarterly returns
- Working with the accountancy firm
- Sales & purchase ledger
- VAT returns
- Bank reconciliation
- Preparing payroll
- Raising sales invoices and PO
- Leading the credit control
- Dealing with any finance enquiries as they come in
- Handling volume payments and transactions
- Managing client invoices
- Using Xero on a daily basis
About you
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager (part qualified, fully qualified or qualified by experience will be considered) who is able to lead the daily finance running of a business and work closely with the Director whilst leading a small team/assistant. This is a busy and fast paced role where you will need to act with a high level of discretion and be able to communicate well at all levels and be client facing.
