A well-established and growing travel business in West London is looking for a Finance Manager to join the team during an exciting period of international growth. This is a chance to shape the financial future of a company known for delivering high-quality travel experiences to its clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounting records accurately, including customer invoices and supplier bills across multiple business areas
  • Process journals for revenue and cost deferral, including payroll, accruals and prepayments, and foreign exchange revaluations
  • Prepare financial reports and management accounts at group level, giving clear insight to senior stakeholders
  • Monitor internal controls and spending to support strong financial discipline
  • Support the preparation of financial statements and respond to audit queries
  • Analyse financial and non-financial data to inform decision making
  • Take an active role in budgeting and managing controls around payments and expense cards
  • Oversee working capital management, including cash flow forecasting as the business enters new markets
  • Support month-end close, including VAT reporting, to ensure accurate and timely submissions
  • Work closely with other teams to turn financial data into insight that supports the wider business

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant with solid experience at group level across multiple jurisdictions and currencies, with familiarity with FRS102
  • Good understanding of UK PAYE and a proven ability to maintain compliance
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and record keeping
  • A compliance-focused mindset paired with strong personal organization
  • A continuous improvement attitude, with the resilience to identify and resolve issues efficiently
  • Ability to stay clear-headed and responsive under pressure and tight deadlines
  • A flexible, adaptable approach as the business grows internationally
  • Strong communication skills, able to influence others and lead by example
  • A dependable team player who works well in a high-performing group
  • A quality-focused approach and the ability to work independently when needed
