As the organisation continues to invest in its people and growth strategy, it is seeking to appoint a Finance Manager to take ownership of a key finance function and partner closely with operational leadership.

Your new role
Reporting into the Group Finance function, you will take responsibility for the finance activities of a key business unit, acting as a trusted finance partner to senior stakeholders across the organisation.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Ownership and preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Producing and presenting detailed monthly reporting packs.
- Managing weekly cash flow forecasting and monitoring.
- Delivering KPI and revenue reporting to support business performance.
- Leading the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Providing commercial analysis and insight to support strategic decision-making.
- Partnering with operational managers and senior leadership teams.
- Driving continuous improvement across financial processes and controls.
- Providing financial guidance and support across the wider business.
- Supporting additional finance and commercial projects as required.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong commercial acumen and a proactive approach to business partnering.
You will also possess:
- Previous experience within a commercial finance, management accounting or finance business partnering environment.
- Strong experience preparing management accounts, budgets and forecasts.
- Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills.
- The ability to communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Strong commercial awareness and an ability to influence decision-making.
- Advanced Excel and strong systems skills.
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management capabilities.
- A driven and ambitious mindset with a desire to develop your career.
