📍 Hook, Hampshire - Hybrid Working (3 days onsite)

Stanton House are partnering with a FTSE listed international services organisation to recruit a Finance Manager for their Procured Services division. Reporting into the Head of Finance, this is a high-profile role within a newly established onshore Global Finance Services function, offering the opportunity to play a key role in transforming financial reporting, driving process excellence, and supporting operational decision making.
Operating within a complex and fast-paced environment, you will lead a team of both onshore and offshore finance professionals, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of financial reporting while driving continuous improvement across the function.
The role:
You will be responsible for leading the financial reporting and control activities across a diverse portfolio of contracts and business units, whilst partnering closely with operational and finance stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a team of onshore and offshore Financial Accountants
- Driving an efficient and effective month-end close process across multiple revenue and cost streams
- Delivering high-quality financial analysis, reporting and forecasting support
- Reviewing balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and controls
- Managing aged balance sheet items including WIP, debtors, accruals and prepayments
- Partnering with operational teams to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy
- Supporting business reviews and customer reporting activities alongside senior finance stakeholders
- Championing continuous improvement initiatives and driving greater standardisation across finance processes
- Building strong working relationships across finance and operational teams
What we're looking for:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Previous experience within a complex large corporate
- Strong financial reporting and control background
- Experience leading and developing finance teams
- Commercial mindset with the ability to provide meaningful insight beyond the numbers
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Experience identifying process inefficiencies and driving improvements
- Ability to work effectively with ambiguity and complex data sets
- A collaborative leader with high levels of integrity and professionalism
