E2 Group Ventures

E2 Group Ventures is a fast-growing, founder-led FMCG group operating three businesses:

  • WaterJunkie - an innovative functional mushroom drinks brand stocked across major UK retailers, travel retail and independent stores.
  • Slazenger Energy Water - a natural sparkling energy water brand operating under an exclusive global licence.
  • E2 Street Trader - a London-based field sales and distribution business helping challenger FMCG brands grow their retail presence.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day financial operations and support the next stage of growth.

The Role

Working directly with the Founder and alongside our external accountants, you will ensure our financial operations run efficiently, reporting is accurate and cash flow is carefully managed. We are looking for someone who enjoys the detail, takes initiative and introduces structure into a fast-moving business.

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Financial Management

  • Manage financial operations across all group businesses.
  • Oversee sales and purchase invoicing, supplier payments and bank reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and accounting systems.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including proactive credit control.
  • Monitor direct debits, recurring payments and group expenditure.
  • Work with external accountants to support accurate reporting and compliance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
