Finance Manager – Financial Reporting
Hybrid | London
Up to £70,000 + Bonus + Benefits
We're partnering with a fast-growing, technology-led international business to recruit a Finance Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant looking to join a high-growth environment where they can make a real impact on financial processes, reporting, and business performance.
The Role
Reporting into senior finance leadership, you'll play a key role in managing core financial reporting activities while helping drive process improvement and automation across the finance function.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading month-end close activities, including accruals, prepayments, fixed assets and reconciliations
- Producing accurate and timely financial reporting
- Driving automation and continuous improvement across finance processes
- Partnering with stakeholders across the business to provide meaningful financial insight and analysis
- Supporting external audits and ensuring strong financial controls
- Assisting with tax compliance and statutory reporting requirements

About You
You'll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with strong technical accounting knowledge and experience operating in a fast-paced environment.
We're particularly interested in candidates who have:
- Strong month-end and financial reporting experience
- A track record of improving processes and driving efficiencies
- Advanced Excel skills and experience producing reporting packs
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A proactive, commercially minded approach

Desirable Experience
- High-growth, technology, SaaS or scale-up environments
- ERP systems such as NetSuite
- Exposure to US GAAP and/or SOX compliance
- Experience supporting finance transformation initiatives
