Finance Manager | Fast-Growing FinTech | £55,000–£65,000 + Bonus + Bens | Central London (Hybrid)

I'm delighted to be working with a fast-growing FinTech business that is continuing to scale and develop its Finance function.

Operating in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, the business is looking to appoint a Finance Manager to take ownership of a broad range of financial and management accounting activities, while working closely with senior Finance stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified accountant with 1–2 years' post-qualified experience who is ready to take the next step in their career and move into a genuine Finance Manager position.

  • Take ownership of month-end close, including journals, accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and provide analysis on financial performance
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and ongoing management reporting
  • Review bank reconciliations and investigate variances or discrepancies
  • Support cash flow monitoring and working capital management
  • Work closely with senior Finance stakeholders on reporting, audit and financial controls
  • Support the development and improvement of finance processes as the business grows
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and better use of finance systems
  • Help maintain strong financial controls, documentation and processes
  • Provide guidance to more junior members of the Finance team where required

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
