Finance Manager | Fast-Growing FinTech | £55,000–£65,000 + Bonus + Bens | Central London (Hybrid)
I'm delighted to be working with a fast-growing FinTech business that is continuing to scale and develop its Finance function.
Operating in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, the business is looking to appoint a Finance Manager to take ownership of a broad range of financial and management accounting activities, while working closely with senior Finance stakeholders.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified accountant with 1–2 years' post-qualified experience who is ready to take the next step in their career and move into a genuine Finance Manager position.
- Take ownership of month-end close, including journals, accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare monthly management accounts and provide analysis on financial performance
- Support budgeting, forecasting and ongoing management reporting
- Review bank reconciliations and investigate variances or discrepancies
- Support cash flow monitoring and working capital management
- Work closely with senior Finance stakeholders on reporting, audit and financial controls
- Support the development and improvement of finance processes as the business grows
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and better use of finance systems
- Help maintain strong financial controls, documentation and processes
- Provide guidance to more junior members of the Finance team where required

You'll ideally have:


Get help with your application

- ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified
- Around 1–2 years' post-qualified experience in a multi-entity environment
- Strong financial accounting and management accounting experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, growing or scale-up environment
- An interest in process improvement, automation and developing more efficient ways of working
