Finance Manager | VC Backed Healthtech Start Up | London | £65-70k plus equity | Hybrid
I'm working with a seriously exciting HealthTech business that's entering a major growth phase following recent investment and expansion. They're now looking for a Finance Manager to join the team and take ownership of the finance function, working closely with senior leadership and helping shape the next stage of the business' growth journey.
You'll have genuine exposure across FP&A, commercial finance, investor reporting whilst helping build the finance function as the business scales.

Responsibilities:
- Ownership of month-end, reporting and core finance operations
- Financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting
- Cashflow forecasting and scenario planning
- Commercial analysis and business partnering across the wider business
- Subscription KPI reporting and unit economics analysis
- Preparing board packs and investor reporting
- Building scalable processes, controls and reporting
- Working closely with senior leadership on growth strategy

Profile:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
- Experience within a high-growth start-up or scale-up environment
- Ideally exposure to Tech or subscription-based businesses
- Strong commercial mindset
- Comfortable operating in a hands-on environment with lots of ownership
