Our client is a fast-growing, established media business with a strong presence in the UK and backing from a well-funded international group. The business is performing strongly and entering an exciting period of growth and investment, creating a great opportunity to join the finance team at an important stage of its development.
Key responsibilities:
- Own month-end close and Group reporting
- Ensure balance sheet integrity and cashflow reporting
- Oversee Revenue and Cost Accountants.
- Partner with Sales on revenue and commercial reporting
- Deliver management accounts and KPI reporting
- Lead the year-end audit with the Finance Director
- Oversee VAT, tax and technical accounting (IFRS15 and IFRS16)
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition, accruals and deferrals in line with Group policy
- Support budgeting, forecasting and business planning
- Drive finance process and control improvements

Successful Candidate:

- ACA/ACCA qualified
- Media or similar industry experience
- Multi-currency and international Group reporting experience
- Strong communicator, able to work effectively with non-finance stakeholders
- Available immediately or at short notice
