Finance Manager
I am currently recruiting for a Finance Manager for an independent law firm which has grown significantly in the last few years with offices across the UK. Reporting to the Finance Director, you'll be responsible for the following:
- Produce monthly management accounts with commentary the leadership team can act on
- Build and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models
- Business-partner with solicitors about WIP, billing, and debt recovery
- Develop reporting and dashboards in Power BI, and use AI tools such as Claude and Copilot to make reporting faster and sharper
- Take a leading role in implementing new finance systems and improving how we work
- Act as the day-to-day link with our external accountants

I'm looking for someone that has either worked in the legal sector before or if not, professional services, along with proven experience at Management Accountant/Finance Manager level who ideally has used and implemented AI tools.
