Interim Finance Manager — Fractional Finance Team, Startup Portfolio
£300–£350/day | 6 months | Immediate start | Hybrid (London)
Radley Green is working with a growing advisory firm to recruit an Interim Finance Manager to support a portfolio of seed-stage startup clients on their journey to Series A.
The role:
- Run day-to-day finance for a portfolio of seed startups — management accounts, payroll/pensions, VAT, year-end accounts & corp tax
- Support fundraising: financial modelling, data rooms, cash flow forecasting
- Handle EIS/SEIS compliance and EMI valuations
- Work closely with the in-house bookkeeper and help drive tech/AI adoption across the team

What's needed:
- 4–7 years' UK accountancy experience, hands-on with seed-stage startups/SMEs (FRS 102 1A) — practical experience valued over top-10 practice pedigree
- ACA/ACCA/AAT preferred but not essential
- Solid on corp tax, VAT, PAYE; strong Excel/Sheets
- Comfortable with low-code/no-code tools; interested in AI
- Excellent written/spoken English
