About Us

At YRH, we provide flexible, high-quality finance support to SMEs across a wide range of industries. Our team of experienced Finance Professionals works closely with clients to deliver practical financial leadership and help businesses grow with confidence.

As our business continues to expand, we're committed to investing in our people, maintaining exceptional service standards and fostering a collaborative, supportive culture. We offer flexible working, genuine autonomy and the opportunity to play a key role in developing both our team and the service we provide to our clients.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Finance Manager as an Engagement Lead.

Rather than managing your own client portfolio, you'll work closely with our Finance Professionals to support client engagements, maintain exceptional service standards and ensure our Finance Professionals are delivering the highest quality support to clients.

This is a people-focused leadership role where you'll train, mentor and develop our Finance Professionals, Senior Bookkeepers and Financial Controllers. You'll provide regular feedback, help resolve client challenges, conduct engagement reviews and ensure team members are supported and held accountable to deliver excellent outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
