Finance Manager | Healthtech / B2B | £65,000–£75,000 + Equity
I'm working with a high-growth, purpose-led healthtech business that is looking to hire a Finance Manager as they continue to scale.
They're now looking for someone to join a sub 50 person business are looking to scale, reporting directly into the CEO.
The Role
You'll have real ownership across the finance function, working closely with the CEO and wider leadership team and helping shape how finance develops as the business grows.
You'll get exposure across:
- Management accounts and month-end
- Cash flow and forecasting
- Budgeting and financial planning
- Commercial analysis and decision support
- Business partnering with the CEO and senior stakeholders
- Improving financial processes and controls
- Supporting strategic decision-making
- Helping build out the finance function as the business scales

What They're Looking For
They're open to someone who is:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified, or qualified by experience
- Coming from a start-up, scale-up, SME or high-growth environment
- Comfortable being hands-on
- Commercially minded rather than purely technical
- Confident working directly with senior stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in a relatively lean finance function
- Interested in using technology and AI to improve the way finance operates
