Finance Manager
Location: Worcestershire (Hybrid)
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 plus benefits
The Opportunity
An established consultancy with ambitious growth plans is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join its team in Worcestershire.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within a growing business, providing financial leadership, supporting strategic decision-making, and helping to drive operational efficiency. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to influence and develop the finance function as the business continues to evolve.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company's day-to-day financial activities
- Maintain robust financial processes and controls
- Prepare accurate management accounts and financial reports
- Lead budgeting and forecasting activities
- Monitor and manage cash flow across the business
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and requirements
- Provide commercial and financial insight to support business decisions
- Analyse financial performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with colleagues and senior stakeholders across the business
- Support the ongoing development and enhancement of the finance function

About You
To be considered, you will have:
- CIMA, ACCA or ICAEW (ACA) qualification
- 3 - 5 years of post-qualification experience
- At least 3 years' experience in a senior finance role
- Strong knowledge of management accounting, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
- Experience in cash flow management, financial controls and commercial decision support
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficiency with accounting software
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- The ability to manage a varied workload and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A collaborative and proactive approach
