We are seeking a Finance Performance Manager
We are seeking a Finance Performance Manager to support the delivery of high-quality financial reporting, business performance analysis, and management information across the organisation. This role will be responsible for providing insightful financial analysis to senior stakeholders, supporting key strategic initiatives, driving reporting excellence, and ensuring robust governance and control across performance management activities.
The successful candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with excellent stakeholder management skills and experience within a fast-paced financial services environment.

- Review and analyse management reporting and business performance results, providing meaningful insight and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Perform detailed cost analysis and variance reporting to support effective decision-making.
- Support strategic projects and business initiatives through information gathering, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Produce ad hoc management information, financial analysis, and executive reporting for senior leadership audiences.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring activities across the business.
- Review and enhance reporting procedures, ensuring documentation remains accurate, consistent, and compliant with internal standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across reporting processes, controls, and governance frameworks.
- Guide and mentor junior team members, promoting best practice and supporting their professional development.
- Support year-end financial reporting requirements and associated deliverables.
- Monitor and manage reporting timelines to ensure the timely production and delivery of management information.
- Partner with stakeholders across Finance and the wider business to ensure reporting reflects key business drivers and performance measures.

Skills & Experience
- Experience within Performance Management, FP&A, Management Reporting, Commercial Finance, or Financial Planning functions.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information.
- Experience producing reporting and presentations for senior management and executive audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience reviewing and improving finance processes and controls.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines.
- Experience mentoring or supervising junior team members.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong reporting tool capability.
Preferred Background
- Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or other regulated industries.
- Experience supporting finance change, transformation, or strategic projects.
- Exposure to management reporting, performance analytics, and cost management frameworks.
